We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries but will use other services where appropriate.

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the value of the Gift Card Order, and include admin, postage and packaging costs. If you buy multiple Gift Cards for delivery on different dates or to different addresses, you will be charged a fee for each delivery.

Delivery types:

Standard - Where this option is selected, Gift Cards will be despatched within 1-2 working days and they should arrive within 3 days after that.

Requested Date - Where this option is selected, Gift Cards will be despatched to arrive on the requested date, but this is not guaranteed.

Upgraded - This option is only available before 3pm. Where this option is selected, Gift Cards will be despatched the same day and should arrive the next working day.

Orders over £50 will require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your Order Number, which you should provide if you need to contact us.

Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Although most deliveries will arrive as expected, please allow up to 10 working days for all delivery to arrive before getting in touch.

9. Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we advise customers to order early for pre-Christmas delivery.
