Key points to note:

Ticketmaster e-Gift Cards can be used to buy eligible tickets and associated products for UK events online at www.ticketmaster.co.uk

e-Gift Cards are activated at the time of purchase and expire 12 months after activation. Once the e-Gift Card has expired any remaining balance will no longer be available to use.

Treat the e-Gift Card like cash - if lost or stolen the balance of funds on the card will be lost.

The balance of an e-Gift card can be checked online via our balance checker.
Personalised e-Gift Card T&Cs
We want everyone to enjoy using the Ticketmaster Personalised e-Gift Card service but there are certain rules and restrictions that govern its use.

By uploading an image to Ticketmaster’s e-Gift Card system, you agree that you have permission to use the image for this purpose. This will mean that you either own the copyright in the image or that you have a licence to use the image for this purpose.

Your image must not be offensive, profane, indecent, pornographic, be intended to threaten, cause offence, annoyance, embarrassment or distress to any person, shall not promote discrimination based on race, sex, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age or that in our opinion might incite hatred or violence.

All uploaded images are reviewed by a member of Ticketmaster staff or a third party engaged directly by Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster reserves the right to reject or remove any image that in our absolute discretion does not comply with point 2 above or that is otherwise in breach of these rules.

Ticketmaster shall only use your image for the delivery of your e-Gift Card to your chosen recipient.

Your image will be available for 6 months after the purchase of your e-Gift Card, or 1 month after collection of the e-Gift Card (whichever comes first). After this time the image you uploaded will be deleted.

You agree to fully indemnify Ticketmaster in respect of all liabilities, damages, claims, actions, expenses (including reasonable legal fees), demands or costs incurred by Ticketmaster as a result of any breach by you of these rules.
Voucher Express T&Cs for Ticketmaster e-Gift Cards purchased online

Sales of Ticketmaster e-Gift Cards are made, managed and fulfilled by Voucher Express - a trading name of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Reg No: GB 169725424. Voucher Express is the seller of the e-Gift Cards.

E-Gift Cards ordered through this site will be sent by Voucher Express to the email address(es) stated on each individual order.

E-Gift Cards will normally be dispatched by Voucher Express immediately unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Voucher Express nor Ticketmaster shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.

Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Neither Voucher Express nor Ticketmaster can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged e-Gift Cards following delivery to the recipient. E-Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Voucher Express nor Ticketmaster is responsible for funds on the card used without your knowledge.

Voucher Express is not directly linked to Ticketmaster and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by Ticketmaster. For the same reason, Ticketmaster shall not be responsible for services offered by Voucher Express and its associated companies, including without limitation the collection and management of your credit card data and personal information which is collected, processed and managed by Voucher Express.

E-Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any e-Gift Cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.

Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase by Voucher Express. Your credit/debit card statement will read 'Voucher Express'. We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation. Ticketmaster will not be given access to your credit/debit card details.

The re-sale of e-Gift Cards sold via this website is strictly prohibited.

Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Force Majeure: Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.

Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.
