2. Where the 1st Class delivery option is selected and the gift card is subsequently lost or stolen, if the Gift Card balance has already been spent; then Voucher Express and Ticketmaster will not be liable for any loss incurred and will not replace or refund orders.
3. Where the 1st Class delivery option is selected and the gift card is subsequently lost or stolen, if the full balance remains on the Gift Card then Voucher Express will replace the order. If a replacement is required then a second delivery charge will be incurred.
4. Next Day Delivery and Special Delivery are fully insured services and orders require a signature on delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, a calling card will be left with instructions to either collect from the local depot or call the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
5. Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Although most deliveries arrive on the next working day, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
7. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.
8. Due to the high volume of orders at Christmas, we advise customers to order early for pre-Christmas delivery.
